International women's day is  the story of ordinary women as maker's of history,it is rooted in the centuries old struggle of women to participate in society on an equal footing with men.The idea of International Womens Day first arose  at the turn of centuary,which in the industrialized world was a period of expansion ,turbulence,booming population growth and radical ideologies.International women's Day is a time to reflect on progress made,to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played extraordianry role inn the history of women rights.
Today on the eve of International Women Day which falls on every 8th March and completion of 100th International Women's day something in me made me think to write something that makes me feel more good of me being myself......MY OWN SEL
WOMENHOOD  fascinates me.Her Ability to give,share,bear,nurture,cook,work,qualities of head and heart,adjust are some of the qualities i admire .As history speaks that women is past suffered so much,yet she continues to retain qualities that makes her unique.
Being a daughter,wife,friend,a girlfriend,sister,daughter-in-law,mother,mother-in-law is wonderfull but what we tend to forget that first we are our own ownselves..A GREAT WOMEN AND THAT MAKES US UNIQUE!We should learn to appreciate our ownselves and then we can aprreciate anyone.It's very difficult for aman to accomplish all his duties and all his responsibilities but being a women its a mastery for her and which she accomplishes with whole heart and devotion.Women is a source of strength.
On this special day i dedicate this beautiful poem to all lovely and beautifull women out there which i read somewhere and it touched me
   I AM A WOMEN.....HEAR ME ROAR!

I  felt the touch
I awoke brand new.
I've changed so much
A different point of view.

Things seems different then before
A new way of life
More then a mother,a wife,
I am a women,here me roar.

My destiny has been decided,
A new women here where i once resided
A twist of fate,
It's never to late.

Even here i am finally free,
I love myself-i love being me
I want to taste
I want to see
I want to touch
I want to be....
You never know whats in store

I know not what the future may hold,
I am not afraid for now i am bold,
I've learned to live
I've learned to give
My eyes are open now
The words have been spoken
My time of conformity is no more

I've choosen a path,
One that is new,
I'll face all your wrath,
I am different then you,
I am strong,
I am sure,
I belong,
I am pure,
I need no pity,
I am not poor.
I am a women..hear me roar!!
